About the Role

GYMGUYZ Main Line & Montgomery County is on a mission to impact 1,000,000 lives through fitness. We’re seeking certified personal trainers to deliver in-home and on-site training — no cold calls, no sales quotas, no gym politics. You train clients where they’re comfortable, build real relationships, and design a schedule that fits your life.

Compensation

• $30–$40 per training session to start
• Higher earnings through semi-private/group sessions, performance incentives, and advancement
• Estimated weekly range: $400–$600
• Paid training period

Schedule

Complete flexibility — you choose the days, times, and hours. Train evenings, weekends, or weekdays. No requirement to rearrange your life unless you want to. Most clients are assigned within a 15–30 minute drive of your home, and territories are continually tightened.

Responsibilities

• Build customized fitness programs focused on motivation, safety, and proper technique
• Guide clients through workouts, track progress, and celebrate wins with periodic reassessments
• Stay connected with the team through mentorship and ongoing support

Requirements

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home client visits
• Demonstrable track record of helping clients achieve real results
• Passion for in-home or on-site personal training

Career Advancement

• Direct track to Master Personal Trainer
• 12-month track to Territory Manager and General Manager with a 25% pay raise
