Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Assist/ Reminders
• Ambulation and transfers via lift
• Provide companionship/assistance to clients and their family
• Ability to follow care-plan
• Documentation
