Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for the best care opportunities

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Criminal and Background Check consent required
• 3 references (2 personal/non-family, 1 professional)
• Caring, understanding, responsible, and reliable
