Pay
Base pay rate ranges between $22.50-$25.00 per hour and is associated with your certificate held (PCA, HHA, or CNA).
You can then earn additional pay increases for specific shifts and clients based on the outline below:
- Weekend caregiver pay increases - +$2-$4
- Couple care caregiver pay increases - +$6
- Visit rate caregiver pay increases - +$5
- Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases - +$2
Schedule
We give you the option to choose your schedule, the clients you care for, and the location in which you work.
About the Role
Right at Home is hiring In Home Caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA Certificates throughout Northern Virginia with a minimum one year homecare experience.
We serve clients in all Northern Virginia Counties including Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun.
