About the role

As an In‑Home Caregiver at Jay’s Legacy you will provide non‑medical in‑home care to elderly clients, helping to fulfill the mission of “Putting Life Back into Living.” The company is certified as a Great Place to Work and prides itself on amazing clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience (1 year preferred)
• Experience with sit‑to‑stand transfers and lifts (preferred)
• Pass a caregiver background check
• No major driving infractions
• Reliable transportation with insurance
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
