In Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Orange County

About the role

Join Honor as an In‑Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide one‑on‑one support to older adults in their homes across Orange County, including Mission Viejo, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim. You will work directly in clients’ homes, helping seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care.
• Help with mobility and daily routines based on each client’s care needs.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide reliable, consistent support in the client’s home.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non‑family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements, including Home Care Aide registration (Honor can assist qualified applicants).

Pay

$18.50‑$19.25 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit.

Schedule

Part‑time and full‑time opportunities are available with morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts across Orange County.
