Home Care Aide/Caregiver

About the Role

Aligned In-Home Care is seeking Caregivers/Home Care Aides for positions in Marin and Sonoma Counties. This is a home care role—no high volume, low engagement institutional environment, just support and companionship for each client, one-on-one, in their own home. You will have a dedicated Care Manager who will work alongside you every day and every step of the way; we know good teamwork and regular communication is what we all want and need to do our best work. Aligned In-Home Care was founded by a caregiver, and our local office is women owned and operated by two longtime childhood friends who have spent their careers in healthcare.

You are a reliable and dedicated professional with hands-on experience, either having worked with an agency or with a family member or friend. • Pay: We pay WEEKLY and provide access to PAY ON DEMAND. Compensation: $19-$24 per hour.
• 401K: We provide you the opportunity to save for retirement, and we match your contributions up to 6%, the maximum an employer is allowed.

• Sick Time: 40 hours of sick time per year after 90 days of your first client shift can be utilized given that you have a scheduled shift that you are unable to work due to bereavement or sickness.
