The Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant works in Wilmington, OH (45177) to help clients maintain independence and quality of life while supporting a mission‑driven team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance)
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Give medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Document care activities in AxisCare

Requirements

• Pass BCI/FBI background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Active car insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Prefer at least 1 year of personal care experience
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Compassionate, professional, and client‑focused attitude

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with dementia or mobility assistance

$15‑$17 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Part‑Time / Full‑Time. Consistent evening and weekend availability required.
