In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transport clients and run errands as needed
• Deliver compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

• Starting Base Rate: $16.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: +$1 per hour for hours worked Monday–Thursday from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM and Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM
• CNA Premium: +$1 per hour for active TN CNA certification
• Eligible for premium pay opportunities with private-pay clients and premium-rate assignments

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN Caregiver positions available in Tipton County, TN
• Schedules are built around client care needs, your availability, your location, and your willingness to travel (up to 30 miles)
• Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours; you may care for one or multiple clients per day and/or throughout the week
• Schedules may change as clients' needs evolve; greater flexibility in availability and travel radius increases opportunities for desired hours
