In-Home Caregiver

About the Role

Senior Solutions Home Care provides compassionate, non‑medical in‑home care that helps seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Caregivers receive training, support, and encouragement to succeed, whether they are experienced or just beginning their career.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Give medication reminders.
• Support mobility and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
• Offer compassionate, respectful support that promotes dignity.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or state‑issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work history covering the past five years with a continuous description of activities.
• At least three references, one of which has known the applicant for at least five years and includes an email address.

Pay

Starting base rate: $14.00 per hour

• Premium pay: +$1.00 per hour for shift differentials (Monday‑Thursday 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM; Friday 10:00 PM – Monday 5:00 AM).
• CNA premium: +$1.00 per hour for active TN CNA certification.
• Additional premium opportunities for eligible private‑pay clients and premium‑rate assignments.

Schedule

We are hiring Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN caregivers in Greenbrier, TN. Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours, and caregivers may serve one or multiple clients per day or week. Schedules are built around client needs and may change as those needs evolve.
