In-Home Caregiver

We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transport clients and run errands as needed
• Deliver compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Starting Base Rate: $16.00 per hour

• Earn additional premium pay opportunities
• $1 per hour shift differential for hours worked Monday–Thursday 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• $1 per hour shift differential for hours worked Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM
• $1 per hour CNA premium for active TN CNA certification
• Eligible for premium pay on private-pay clients and premium-rate assignments

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN Caregiver roles available in Chattanooga, TN
• Schedules built around client needs, your availability, location, and willingness to travel (up to 30 miles)
• Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours; may care for one or multiple clients per day and/or week
• Schedules may change as clients’ needs evolve; greater flexibility increases access to desired hours
