Pay

• Starting base rate: $14.00 per hour
• Shift differential: +$1 per hour for hours worked Monday‑Thursday 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM and Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM
• CNA premium: +$1 per hour for active TN CNA certification
• Additional premium pay opportunities for eligible private‑pay clients and premium‑rate assignments

Schedule

• Hiring for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions in Henry County, TN
• Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours; caregivers may serve one or multiple clients per day
• Travel radius up to 30 miles
• Schedules built around client care needs; flexibility encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Give medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide transportation and run errands as needed
• Offer compassionate, respectful support that promotes dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or state‑issued ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Pass required background checks and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
