In-Home Caregiver

We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and meaningful conversations
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transportation and errands as needed
• Provide compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Starting Base Rate: $16.00 per hour

• +$1 per hour shift differential for hours worked Monday – Thursday from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• +$1 per hour shift differential for hours worked Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM
• +$1 per hour premium for active TN CNA certification
• Eligible for premium pay opportunities with private-pay clients and premium-rate assignments

Schedule

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Caregiver positions available in Davidson County and Williamson County, TN
• Schedules are built around client care needs, your availability, your location, and your willingness to travel (up to 30 miles)
• Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours; you may care for one or multiple clients per day and/or throughout the week
• The more flexible your availability and travel radius, the more opportunities you’ll have to receive the hours you want
