In-Home Caregiver

About the Role

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one care for adults living with families or independently, supporting their independent living and community participation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individual service plans
• Assist with personal care, medication, and health monitoring
• Support daily activities and community participation
• Maintain accurate records
• Foster professional relationships with individuals and families
• Ensure health and safety standards
• Perform driving duties and household maintenance
• Follow safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in human services
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing
• Completion of mandated trainings
• Physical ability to perform heavy work
