Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
• Medication administration, as delegated by RN
• Provide tasks and care on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer. This includes helping your clients have fun and experience happiness at all stages of their lives!
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly via smartphone app

Service the west Portland area including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Aloha, Cedar Hills, Forest Grove, downtown and surrounding areas in Oregon.

Looking for all visit times (700–1500, 1500–2300, 2300–700) weekdays and weekends. Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time hours.

Requirements

• 1 year previous caregiving experience with in-home care, assisted living, or ICF/skilled
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English; other languages are helpful too
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in the US to apply for this position
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Must pass state and federal background check
