In Home Caregiver

About the role

No Worries Care is looking for caring, reliable people to join our team as Home Care Aides, supporting clients right in their own homes. HCA or CNA certification is a plus but not required; we welcome caregivers who are willing to learn and grow. Ideal candidates have experience in a home, assisted living, or long‑term care setting. You can start right away; we are hiring several caregivers at once. You’ll work one‑on‑one with clients, not stretched across a facility, and our office team is responsive when you call. The work is meaningful and makes a difference.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility
• Provide medication reminders according to each client's care plan and HIPAA rules
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition based on individual needs
• Care for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory‑related conditions
• Use equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe transfers when needed
• Monitor clients for changes in health or behavior and report them to the team
• Perform light housekeeping in the client's home
• Maintain accurate notes on the care provided
• Engage clients in activities that support their well‑being
• Follow safety basics including CPR, first aid, and infection control

Requirements

• Experience caring for people in homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice settings
• Attentive to changes in a client's condition or behavior
• Hands‑on, compassionate approach to ADLs and daily care
• Understanding of medication reminders and care plans
• Bonus if you have worked with clients who have dementia, arthritis, or mobility issues
• Good communicator with clients, families, and coworkers
• Physically able to assist with transfers and similar tasks
• Respect for HIPAA and client privacy
• Open to working with a wide range of clients, including seniors and people with disabilities
