In-Home Caregiver

About the Role

Join Golden Years In-Home Senior Care as a caring, HCA-certified caregiver with a passion for serving others. We’re looking for team members who love creating joyful moments and providing excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
• Tailor activities to clients' interests for meaningful engagement
• Personal care, light housework, and meal preparation
• Shopping, errands, and companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
