Life Skills Trainer / Caregiver

Mentor Adult Day Health is seeking a dedicated Life Skills Trainer / Caregiver to assist individuals with building independence and living fulfilling lives. This role involves providing training, assistance, and supervision in both residential and community settings.

• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Encourage community involvement by accompanying individuals to outings, activities, or work.
• Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required (in-state or out-of-state).
• Must have at least one (1) year of driving experience after receiving your license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months to one year of experience in the human services field preferred.

Pay

$14/hour
