Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes. Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

• Personal care
• Light housework
• Meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care
• Transfers
• ADLs

Benefits

• $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
