In-Home Caregiver

Walk-in interviews every Thursday from 10 AM – 3 PM at 213 N Main St 3, Moscow, ID 83843.

About the role

Join our award-winning caregiving team and make a difference in the lives of clients across the Palouse region, including St. Johns, Tekoa, Moscow, Pullman, Colfax, Lewiston, Clarkston, and surrounding areas. If you’re not yet certified, we provide free Home Care Aide (HCA) training—start working immediately while completing the self-paced online course.

Pay

$17.25 – $20.75 per hour, depending on client care level and shift type.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 2-hour to 8-hour shifts (e.g., 8 AM–12 PM, 9 AM–1 PM, 10 AM–3 PM, 1 PM–5 PM, 3 PM–7 PM).
• Saturday and Sunday: 8 AM–9 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Help clients bathe, dress, and groom.
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies.
• Drive clients to stores or appointments as needed.
• Monitor and report on client condition.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass state and national background checks.
• Valid Washington state driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training (provided).
