About the role
This position is located in Port Angeles, specifically on Marrow Stone Island. Driving is not required. We are currently seeking caregivers able to work Monday through Friday, 5 pm to 9 pm, and provide level 2 care and above.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cook and/or serve meals
- Help clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Drive clients to the store or appointments as needed
- Monitor and report on clients' condition
- Assist with transfers using gait belts and hoyers
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely
- Must own a smartphone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Pay
Rate of pay: $23.00 - $23.50 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 5 pm to 9 pm
Additional Information
- Washington only: If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program (due to state requirements) and complete it within 120 days.
- Oregon only: If you have not completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will need to complete it along with the nurse-led medication training before working with clients. You will be paid for both trainings.
