In-Home Caregiver
About the role
English Rose Home Care provides personalized, one-on-one care in clients' private residences for people living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other complex medical conditions. The Home Care team is led by a Registered Nurse (RN) who provides clinical oversight and support to caregivers. Caregivers receive paid, in-person training with the experienced team and hands‑on, client‑specific training in the client's home. The RN‑led team offers ongoing oversight and support so caregivers can provide confident, high‑quality care. The organization emphasizes thoughtful caregiver‑client matching based on care needs, personality, location, and schedule, and offers a supportive culture with managers who started as caregivers themselves.
