About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to a veteran in their own home. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, feeding assistance, medication reminders, mobility assistance, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, and surgery recovery.
Responsibilities
- Tend to clients’ social and emotional needs by joining them in activities and providing companionship
- Support mobility (help with walking, transfers or use mobility aids)
- Take clients to their medical appointments or personal errands
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals, do laundry and perform light housework
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming and eating
- Identify and address safety issues in the home or facility
- Keep accurate records of care provided

Schedule
15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 11am-2pm.
