About the role
The Direct Support Staff position at BAI is for adults with intellectual disabilities. The role starts at $13.00/hr and is available on weekends in NW Las Vegas and Summerlin.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Nevada driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and families

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus
