In-Home Care Worker

About the role

Seeking compassionate Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, enhancing their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Goal Support: Assist clients in defining and achieving personal milestones.
• Daily Living Assistance: Provide emotional companionship, help with meal prep, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Safety & Wellness: Monitor medical, nutritional, and personal care needs to ensure well-being.

Qualifications & Skills

• Reliable with excellent time management and punctuality.
• Effective communicator, providing clear updates and asking questions.
• Dedicated to inclusion, respecting and valuing every individual.
• Proactive with a positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
• At least 18 years old, with ability to complete required background checks, fingerprint clearance, and state-mandated training.
