In-Home Care + Weekly PAY

About the role

Location: Molalla, West Linn, Lake O and surrounding communities. We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to ongoing weekend shifts and daytime shifts. Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience required
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience
• Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST
• Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
• Must be reliable, dependable and on time
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration)
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US

Pay

• Starting pay rate: $22‑25 per hour
• $250 Sign‑on Bonus after 30 hours worked
• Weekly Pay with optional Daily Pay through PayActiv
• Mileage Reimbursement

• Consistent daytime and weekend availability strongly preferred
