About the role
Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed
- Ensure safety and security of clients at all times
- Engage in light housekeeping tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passing background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience and empathy towards elderly or disabled individuals
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving clients
