About the role
Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and assist with medication schedules
- Help clients with meal preparation and nutrition
- Engage in light housekeeping tasks
- Ensure client safety and security
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passing background check and criminal history review
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Basic computer literacy
Skills
- First aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of common medical conditions and treatments
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
