About the role

Community Horizons assists others in finding caring and supportive staff to help members live a self‑empowered life in the living space of their own. The member is ambulatory with assistance, located in Sparta, WI. They enjoy watching classic TV & movies, spending time with family, and maintaining a calm and clean environment. The role involves assisting with everyday care and housekeeping.

Schedule & Hours

Part‑time. Weekday AM/PM shifts, and every other weekend AM/PM shifts (short 1‑hour shifts).

Pay

$18 per hour.
