RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in their home environment in Oceanside, CA.

About the role

In this role, you will partner closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and behavioral evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to promote consistency and generalization of learned skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current on ABA best practices through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities, preferably in an in-home setting.
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising clinical staff.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes and reach their full potential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Verbal Behavior Therapy (VBT) and other evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Experience serving clients across multiple age groups, from children through adults.
  • Previous experience providing parent training and family support.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel to client homes throughout the assigned service area.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials or equipment as needed to support client activities and interventions.
