Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide ongoing supervision and training for RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and make treatment recommendations.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, and interdisciplinary professionals as appropriate.
- Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
