Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- In Home Position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training for RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and make treatment recommendations.
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with families, school personnel, and interdisciplinary professionals as appropriate.
  • Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
