We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About Dragonfly Cares (maybe "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content: Location and type of services, Hours vary, Program Supervision and Family treatment Part-Time, Pay Rate $80-90 per hour, Start Date Immediate Opening. We have About Dragonfly Cares description. We have Position Overview. We have WHAT YOU'LL DO (Responsibilities). We have Requirements. We have Preferred Experience (bonus Points) maybe Skills. We have WHY JOIN DRAGONFLY CARES? includes Competitive Pay, Flexible Scheduling, Full Onboarding, Collaborative Culture, Referral bonuses, Meaningful work, Ongoing training. We also have duplicate sections later. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role? Could be "About Dragonfly Cares" but instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can adapt: Use About the role for overview? Or maybe "About the role" corresponds to Position Overview. We'll include sections: About the role (Position Overview), Responsibilities (WHAT YOU'LL DO), Requirements, Skills (Preferred Experience), Benefits (WHY JOIN DRAGONFLY CARES? includes benefits), Pay (Competitive Pay $80-90/hr), Schedule (Flexible Scheduling, Hours vary based on case load). Also Location maybe not a heading; could be included in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Location and type of services: ONSITE IN HOME SERVICES (We service Nassau and Suffolk Counties) Hours vary based on case load. Program Supervision and Family treatment Part-Time: Program Supervision/Family Treatment Pay Rate: $80-90 per hour Start Date: Immediate Opening About Dragonfly Cares: mission-driven organization dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental differences thrive. We deliver high-quality ABA therapy where it matters most: in homes, centers, schools, and communities across Long Island. Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve. Position Overview: Dragonfly Cares is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO (Responsibilities): - Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. - Provide direct and or consultative behavioral services across home, school, center-based, and community settings. - Implement and oversee evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, communication, social skills, and independence. - Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other direct service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make clinical recommendations to maximize outcomes. - Collaborate with families, school personnel, related service providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency across environments. - Provide parent training, coaching, and support to promote the generalization and maintenance of skills across home and community settings. - Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency, funding source, and professional standards. Now we need to map to headings: - About the role: Could combine About Dragonfly Cares + Position Overview? Or separate? Probably "About the role" for Position Overview. But we also have About Dragonfly Cares description; maybe we can include that under About the role as well. We'll put About the role heading and include both paragraphs. - Responsibilities: WHAT YOU'LL DO. - Requirements: Requirements. - Skills: Preferred Experience (bonus Points) maybe under Skills. - Benefits: WHY JOIN DRAGONFLY CARES? (but we also have Pay and Schedule separate headings). However Benefits heading could include Flexible Scheduling, Full Onboarding, Collaborative Culture, Referral bonuses, Meaningful work, Ongoing training. Pay and Schedule separate. - Pay: Competitive Pay $80-90/hr. - Schedule: Flexible Scheduling, Hours vary based on case load. We need to avoid duplication: Flexible Scheduling appears both in Benefits and Schedule; we should only put under Schedule heading (since it's schedule). Benefits heading should not repeat Flexible Scheduling. So Benefits heading includes Full Onboarding, Collaborative Culture, Referral bonuses, Meaningful work, Ongoing training. Pay heading: Competitive Pay $80-90/hr. Schedule heading: Flexible Scheduling, Hours vary based on case load. Location maybe not a heading; we can include in About the role paragraph. Now produce HTML:

Schedule

Flexible scheduling; hours vary based on case load.

We need to ensure no duplicate content, no boilerplate. Also we removed Start Date Immediate Opening and Location? We omitted Start Date and Location. Should we include them? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must include Start Date: Immediate Opening and Location: ONSITE IN HOME SERVICES (We service Nassau and Suffolk Counties). Where to put? Could be under About the role paragraph or maybe a separate section like "Location" but not in allowed headings list. Could fold into About the role paragraph. Also Start Date could be included maybe under About the role or maybe under Pay/Schedule? Better to include in About the role paragraph. Add location and start date to About the role paragraph. Let's update About the role paragraph to include: Location: ONSITE IN HOME SERVICES (We service Nassau and Suffolk Counties). Hours vary based on case load. Program Supervision and Family treatment Part-Time. Start Date: Immediate Opening. But note Hours vary based on case load is also schedule; we already have schedule section. Might duplicate. Better to keep schedule section for hours; location and start date can be in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: include mission description, location, start date, maybe part-time nature. Let's craft: Dragonfly Cares is a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental differences thrive.
