Position Summary The Quality Associate – Electrical Assemblies is responsible for inspecting, documenting, and verifying the quality of electrical assemblies manufactured within the company’s prefab and modular manufacturing operation. This position ensures assemblies are built in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable electrical codes, company standards, and customer requirements before being released for shipment or installation. The Quality Associate works closely with Manufacturing, Electrical Operations, BIM/VDC, Engineering, Project Management, and QA/QC teams to identify deficiencies, prevent rework, and ensure electrical assemblies are complete, accurate, and ready for field installation. The position plays a critical role in maintaining quality and consistency across high-volume electrical prefabrication supporting data center and mission critical projects.
