- Identify Jamaica-based NGOs, responding to local/national disasters
- Aid these NGOs with registration on SmartResponse
- Support already registered NGOs with completing their surveys/profiles
- Engage the diaspora community and others interested in supporting preparedness/responsibility/recovery efforts to utilize NGO data to directly support local NGOs
