Position Summary

The Science Team at Pride Health is supporting a client in the Medical Devices industry that is looking to hire a Compliance Specialist in Eagan, MN (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the import protest administration process.
  • Maintain and manage import transactional records and compliance documentation.
  • Work within ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) to review and process import-related transactions.
  • Edit and manage import documentation using PDF editing software.
  • Cookordination with Trade Compliance, Transportation, Logistics, Customs, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to internal business partners on import-related compliance matters.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with applicable import regulations.
  • Aid with additional trade compliance activities and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations, customs brokerage, logistics, or trade compliance.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on import experience is required.
  • Experience working with ACE (Automated Commercial Environment).
  • Experience using PDF editing software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
