Skills & Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or training customers on a software product, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or banking.
• Strong training and presentation skills across multiple modalities: live virtual, on-site hands-on, recorded video, and on-demand online content.
• Experience producing video walkthroughs or e-learning modules is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable thinking about training as a product, not an event: what scales, what doesn't, what customers self-serve, and what genuinely needs live time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; calm and patient with customers under pressure.
• Active, hands-on user of modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent) with a track record — or a clear point of view — on how to use them to modernize day-to-day implementation work.
• Familiarity with community banking, credit unions, or core banking software is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% for go-live weeks and complex conversions. This is a remote position.
