Position Information

This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Implementation Manager, StudySync.

Compensation

Base pay is anticipated to be between $65,972.00 and $72,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location

In this US-based position your location will be remote; to be considered you must reside within 50 miles of one of the following airports: San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Denver International Airport (DEN), Portland International Airport (PDX) and/or Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Travel

You can also expect up to approximately 40% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Share Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, and at least 5 years of experience in grades K-12 education (6-12 preferred), classroom, or administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of current educational standards and effective teaching practices
• Experience leading professional development and/or product training
• Familiarity with web-based programs such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and more
• Strong proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites
• Team player with strong skills in communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously
• Experience working remotely and independently
• Willingness and availability to travel for presentations and customer training and meetings within the USA; up to approximately 40% of the time, based on account requests

Imagine Your Impact

As an Implementation Specialist, StudySync, you will use your expertise to oversee the implementation and management of customer needs for all StudySync accounts within your assigned region. You will rely on your effective communication skills to provide training and support for schools through webinars, product training, professional development sessions, and sales presentations and to communicate regularly with district leadership, administrators and coaches, teachers, and our sales partner to ensure customer success.
