Responsibilities

  • Provide training, project leadership, and guidance for the implementation of Pharmacy Automation products.
  • Facilitate the execution of all training plans and assist with evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Deliver training at customer sites, the Automation Academy, and via web-based tools on Swisslog products and solutions.
  • Offer guidance to customers and internal staff on automation best practices.
  • Assist the Pharmacy Automation business team by responding to questions and support issues from staff and customers.
  • Organize and develop training manuals, guides, and course materials for presentations and training sessions.
  • Provide training to internal team members as required.
  • Training Delivery: Lead in-person and web-based learning activities on Swisslog products, solutions, and automation best practices.
  • Implementation Support:
    • Participate in post-sales/pre-installation meetings and conference calls.
    • Provide documentation for Kick-Off meetings outlining training expectations.
    • Guide customers through implementation and application build, including label specifications, medication order management, and formulary development.
  • Go-Live and Customer Support:
    • Provide on-site support for go-live activities.
    • Coordinate the transition to Field Service support.
  • Instructional Design: Assist the Operations team with curriculum development and delivery methods, including trainer-led, hands-on, computer-based, or blended learning.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree (preferred).
  • Pharmacy Technician certification (State Licensed or PTCB) preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a hospital inpatient pharmacy.
  • Experience with the implementation of Medication Management systems and automation (preferred).
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $63,000 - $75,000.
