Implementation Specialist

Remote | Full-Time | $60,000-$65,000Compensation is based on experience and qualifications Put Your Automotive F&I Expertise to Work StoneEagle is looking for an Implementation Specialist who understands retail automotive F&I and enjoys solving complex technical problems. You’ll configure and validate StoneEagle applications, support dealership implementations and conversions, and troubleshoot issues involving products, rates, pricing, calculations, and DMS data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines automotive industry knowledge with technical problem-solving and strong attention to detail. What You’ll DoConfigure StoneEagle applications for new dealership clients.Set up and validate products, rates, pricing, menus, users, and integrations.Support client implementations, conversions, and rooftop migrations.Review data and system results to ensure accuracy before launch.Troubleshoot complex configuration, calculation, pricing, and DMS issues.Identify root causes and coordinate with Product or Development when needed.Document processes, solutions, and known issues.Train and share knowledge with Support and Implementation team members. What You’ll BringKnowledge of retail automotive F&I processes, products, menu presentation, and rate structures.Three or more years of experience in software implementation, application configuration, product setup, or advanced technical support.Experience reviewing data and validating system results.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.Clear written and verbal communication skills.A calm, professional approach to complex or escalated issues. Preferred ExperienceAutomotive F&I menu or desking platform experience.Familiarity with dealership management systems and data integrations.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Jira.
