Implementation Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full customer implementation process to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, including:
  • Configure systems on behalf of customers
  • Run user training sessions
  • Scope data integration and product needs, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
  • Track time on projects and hold clients accountable, within their SLA or SOW
  • Document all client communication in our CRM
  • Set, communicate, and manage project plans and execute to expected timeline
  • Capture and articulate client needs to influence product features
  • Become a SME on our products to set client expectations, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clients
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Drive and accelerate user adoption by advising clients on product features
• Meet internal goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years customer-facing experience within the software industry
• 1+ years SaaS implementation experience, highly preferred
• Experience in Construction, Financial Services, and/or Payroll, preferred
• Experience within a growing SaaS and/or software company, preferred
• Able to work hybrid from our Bloomington, MN headquarters

Pay

The base salary range is $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role.
