About the role

The GRC Implementation Specialist is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Ncontracts clients that have purchased our governance, risk, and compliance tools for enterprise risk management, business continuity planning, findings management, and cybersecurity management. The GRC Implementation Specialist executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion, and provides consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements.

A successful Implementation Specialist will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients, including the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients’ needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize Ncontracts to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite, ensuring smooth conversions with effective client service and change management.
  • As the primary client contact and product subject matter expert, analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with leadership and support teams to address potential issues.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear expectations and trust. Ensure client requirements and objectives are well defined and understood by the project team.
  • Advise clients on best practices and necessary system/process changes to meet implementation goals.
  • Conduct training sessions via phone, web, or in person.
  • Maintain accurate project status in the management system, providing real-time updates and proactively mitigating risks.
  • Project manage implementations to ensure projects stay on task and are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work with sales partners to align client expectations and provide product expertise as needed.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
  • Continuously improve the implementation process, enhancing client experience, satisfaction, and retention. Recommend advancements in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Experience working in at least one of these areas: Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Findings management, and/or Cybersecurity management roles required.
  • 2 years prior implementation, training, or customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge of Ncontracts’ solutions a plus.
  • Experience in managing projects via a project management system a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.

Pay

Compensation Range: $55K - $75K
