Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a successful candidate to lead customer implementations, with a proven track record of success in operations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and systems/operational implementations
• Serves as the floor level resource for operations, account management and IT
• Works with WMS specialists and is the primary resource for basic UAT
• Responsible for tactical level assignments defined within Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
• Helps facilitate the transition of newly launched customers to the operational and account management teams
• Must be willing to travel to any campus for extended periods of time to support new customer onboarding
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse experience is a must with experience utilizing multiple WMS applications preferred
• Ability to provide creative solutions to business problems and apply critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex problems
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple assignments at the same time and meet established deadlines
• Ability to develop a business relationship with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work independently and make independent judgments
• Working knowledge and experience of the Supply Chain process and understanding of the receiving and picking process
• Must be available to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Work Environment

Constantly moves about the facility floor; stands and walks on concrete surfaces for 8 to 10 hours per shift. Frequently lifts and repositions packages or containers weighing up to 50 lbs. Regularly pushes or pulls rolling carts or manual pallet jacks loaded with inventory. Continually reaches, stretches, bends, stoops, kneels, and crouches to access low-level or high-level inventory racking. Grasps, manipulates, and handles shipping materials, scanning hardware, and individual products of varying shapes and sizes. Performs work in a dynamic warehouse environment subject to seasonal temperature variations, dust, and continuous noise from machinery. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests are strictly required.

Pay

Rate of Pay (ROP): $23 - 25 an hour

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
