About the role

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for facilitating the successful deployment and integration of new software solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user training sessions for new software implementations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
• Documenting processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation or related field.
