Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for facilitating the successful deployment and support of new software solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of software implementations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems
• Document processes and procedures for ongoing support and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT implementation or support roles
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and data migration processes
