Implementation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of CureMD’s EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and patient engagement solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Guide clients through all phases of the implementation process, including workflow analysis and optimization, system configuration, data migration, interface and interoperability coordination, enrollment and billing setup, user acceptance testing, Go-Live preparation and activation, and post-Go-Live stabilization and support
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, implementation timelines, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans
  • Cross-functional teams including implementation, technical services, training, support, billing, and data migration teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare operations, ambulatory workflows, regulatory requirements, and CureMD product capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience implementing healthcare technology solutions, including Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), Practice Management (PM), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and patient engagement or healthcare SaaS platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working within ambulatory/outpatient healthcare environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing projects and manage stakeholder expectations across clinical, operational, and executive teams
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, practice operations, and implementation best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, training, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn healthcare applications and workflows
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare interoperability, interfaces, and data migration processes
  • Prior experience with EHR/PM implementations in multi-specialty or enterprise ambulatory practices
  • Experience delivering provider and clinical staff training
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean, or other project management certification preferred
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, medical billing, and payer enrollment processes preferred
