About the role

Reporting to the Senior Professional Services Consultant, the Implementation Specialist has a critical customer-facing role focused on launching our large and enterprise customers across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations. You will work closely with other Implementation Specialists and Senior Implementation Specialists to deliver against the plan developed by the project team, while serving as a key owner of high-quality project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support project requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reporting, testing, and user training
  • Participate in the planning and execution of customer training
  • Configure the AlayaCare platform based on defined business requirements
  • Action risk and issue mitigation plans defined by Consultants and the Project Manager during implementation
  • Contribute to keeping projects on time and on budget through strong execution and follow-through
  • Focus on deliverables and customer business priorities throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation and communication
  • Partner closely with internal teams and customers to support successful launches for large and enterprise accounts in Canada

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, project delivery, or implementation-related role
  • Demonstrated leadership and adaptability, with a willingness to take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems readily and voluntarily
  • Curiosity to question, research, clearly define problems, and work out innovative solutions
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Powerful communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and build strong relationships that lead to win-win solutions
