Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project manage a diverse portfolio of client onboardings to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage and align internal and external stakeholder expectations regarding project timelines
• Document and track project progress and provide consistent updates to clients
• Share best practices and strategies for client success during onboarding
• Build strong client relationships to foster satisfaction and partnership growth
• Collaborate across functions, particularly with Product, Client Success, and Sales teams
• Leverage AI tools for efficient project management and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within a professional services environment
• Proficient in managing multiple client projects with varying complexities
• Strong technical acumen and eagerness to learn the company’s technology stack
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in dynamic situations

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
