About the role
The Implementation Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within US Operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
- Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
