Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation consulting or related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale compensation systems
• Knowledge of compensation methodologies and frameworks
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
