Accountable for the operational execution of the project plan for new customers or new projects specific to existing customers. Partners with the client services organization to meet client expectations and revenue goals, and collaborates with internal departments—IT, product, product development, operations, finance, and training—to support plan execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and operation team in day-to-day activities to successfully complete the implementation.
- Partner with internal product development, operations, and client services groups, as well as external clients, to ensure engagement and communication throughout the implementation process.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to the process improvement team.
- Mentor staff to maximize performance and potential, and assist in maintaining team morale and job satisfaction.
- Handle remote project collaboration to execute milestones and tasks.
- Complete responsibilities as outlined in annual performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
- Report project status to executive-level stakeholders.
- Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation; special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience overseeing all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally.
- 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple implementation efforts simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and minimal-issue deliveries.
- 2 years of experience evaluating complex operational reports, identifying concerns, and realigning delivery to target performance.
- 2 years of experience working within an enterprise Change management process.
- Ability to oversee client implementation efforts operationally and ensure cross-functional groups are not overcommitted.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, result-oriented leadership, and team-building skills in time-critical environments.
- Ability to monitor individual progress to meet specific deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles.
- Knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS, and CMS Stars.
- Basic knowledge of IT applications, data processing, and medical claims processing.
- PMP certification.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience leading projects and/or client implementations.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule around project deadlines and implementations.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Remaining in a stationary position (standing or sitting) for prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Must provide a dedicated, secure work area with high-speed internet access and office setup.
- No adverse environmental conditions expected.
Pay
Base compensation ranges from $85,000 to $117,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by experience, education, skills, certifications, and business needs.
